Inside VitalizePro
How VitalizePro Verifies Every Account: NPI, NPPES, and a Human Review

Everything VitalizePro does rests on one promise: products and pricing are available only to licensed physicians, prescribers, and other verified professionals, never to the general public. A promise like that is only as good as the verification behind it. This post explains exactly how a VitalizePro account is verified, what you submit, what is checked, who looks at it, and what opens once you are approved.
Why an NPI alone is not enough
A National Provider Identifier is the 10-digit number issued to US clinicians and organizations. It identifies a provider; it does not, by itself, establish that the provider is licensed. The registry that issues NPIs says as much. That is why VitalizePro asks physicians for two things, an NPI and a state medical license, and why the process does not stop at an automated lookup.
What you submit
You apply with your contact details and credentials. Physicians provide an NPI and a state medical license. Three kinds of account can register:
- Licensed physicians and prescribers, verified against the national provider registry by NPI.
- Clinics, medical practices, pharmacies, and other organizations purchasing on behalf of a business.
- Researchers affiliated with a university, institution, or private research organization.
Every application receives the same review before access is granted, whether it comes from an individual physician or an organization.
Before you apply, have these ready
- Your contact details: name, phone number, address, and the email address you want the approval sent to.
- For physicians: your NPI and your state medical license.
- For an organization: the business the account is purchasing on behalf of.
- For a researcher: the university, institution, or private research organization you are affiliated with.
Step 1: the NPI is confirmed against NPPES
NPPES, the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System, is the US registry of NPI records. VitalizePro confirms the NPI you provide against that registry. This is the automated part of the process, and it answers a narrow question: does this NPI exist and does it match the applicant?
Step 2: a member of the team completes a one-time review
Then a person looks. A member of the VitalizePro team completes a one-time manual review of every application before access is granted. Applications are answered within 24 hours. The 24 hours is a response time, not an approval promise: it is how long you wait to hear back.
Step 3: approval, a password, and the catalog opens
You get an email as soon as your account is approved, with a link to set your password. Sign in, and the full catalog and pricing open: research-grade peptides in single vials, blends, and packs; air dispersal kits and capsules; aminos; bioregulators; and the supplies to go with them.
What the account holds once you are in
- The catalog and pricing. Product detail and pricing are visible only to verified accounts.
- Your Certificates of Analysis. Every batch is third-party tested and ships with a downloadable COA that includes HPLC purity data and mass spectrometry confirmation where applicable. Your COAs stay on file in your account, grouped by order.
- A message thread with the team. Message the in-house customer service team directly from your account; replies land in the same thread and in your inbox.
What verification protects
The gate keeps products and pricing off the public web, and it means every account on the platform belongs to a licensed professional. VitalizePro is not a pharmacy or a prescribing service: it does not write prescriptions or sell to patients. Products are sold solely for use by verified, licensed professionals within their professional practice, and the purchasing professional is responsible for compliance with the local, state, and federal laws governing their practice. VitalizePro makes no representations regarding the regulatory status of any product or its suitability for any particular use; the Disclaimer is the governing text.
Frequently asked questions
How long does verification take?
Applications are answered within 24 hours, and you get an email as soon as your account is approved.
Can a clinic or medical practice register instead of an individual physician?
Yes. Clinics, medical practices, pharmacies, and other organizations purchasing on behalf of a business can register. The organization’s account goes through the same one-time review as an individual physician’s.
Can I see pricing before I am verified?
No. Pricing and product detail open once your account is verified. Products and pricing are not made available to the general public.
I have a question about my application. Who do I ask?
Send a message from the contact page. The in-house customer service team answers Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern, and Saturday, 10 AM to 2 PM Eastern.
