Return Eligibility
- Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Opened or reconstituted products cannot be accepted for return due to safety and contamination concerns.
- Damaged or defective shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refund Process
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a VitalizePro error or defective product.
- Shipping insurance claims for lost or damaged packages will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
