Three kinds of account can register: licensed physicians and prescribers, verified against the national provider registry by NPI; clinics, medical practices, pharmacies, and other organizations purchasing on behalf of a business; and researchers affiliated with a university, institution, or private research organization. Products and pricing are not made available to the general public.

Products and pricing are offered exclusively to licensed physicians, prescribers, and other verified professionals. VitalizePro makes no representations regarding the regulatory status of any product.

Yes. Clinics, medical practices, pharmacies, and other organizations purchasing on behalf of a business can register, alongside licensed physicians and prescribers. The organization's account goes through the same one-time review as an individual physician's.

Physicians apply with their contact details, an NPI, and a state medical license. We confirm the NPI against the national provider registry (NPPES), and a member of our team completes a one-time manual review before access is granted. Applications are answered within 24 hours, and you get an email as soon as your account is approved.

Research-grade peptides in single vials, blends, and packs; air dispersal kits and capsules; aminos; bioregulators; and the supplies to go with them. Pricing and product detail open once your account is verified.

Yes. Every batch is third-party tested and ships with a downloadable COA that includes HPLC purity data and mass spectrometry confirmation where applicable. Your COAs stay on file in your account, grouped by order.

Storage requirements vary by product. Each product page includes detailed storage instructions specific to that material. Most lyophilized materials should be kept at −20°C for long-term storage and at 2–8°C once reconstituted.

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is being evaluated and will be announced when available.

Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern ship the same day. Standard delivery within the continental US takes 2–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. See our Refund & Returns policy for details.

Shipping insurance protects your order against loss or damage during transit. It is $4.99 for orders under $199, and $4.99 plus 3% of the order subtotal for orders over $199.
